Francisco Frias is a highly skilled professional and licensed attorney in the Dominican Republic, specializing in immigration within his country. With a solid background in roles such as Paralegal Supervisor, Head Paralegal, and Legal Manager, he has demonstrated his ability to optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and successfully lead teams.
Francisco also has experience as a Manager at a U.S. immigration law firm, where he oversaw legal and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all levels.
Currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration, Francisco also holds a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management, as well as a Law degree from the Dominican Republic. He is bilingual in Spanish and English, with limited proficiency in French. His key strengths include leadership, team management, and attention to detail.
